BICTE (Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology Education) at Dhawalagiri Multiple Campus, Baglung is a modern, practical and future-oriented bachelor-level program under Tribhuvan University. At DMC Baglung, the BICTE Program was started from 2082 B.S. as Baglung’s first BICTE program.

BICTE is also equivalent to other TU bachelor-level IT programs such as BSc. CSIT, BCA and BITM, making it a strong academic choice for students who want to enter the IT field.
The future scope of BICTE is very wide because IT is now needed in every sector, including government offices, banks, private companies, software companies, schools, colleges, NGOs, INGOs, online platforms and international organizations. The minimum eligibility for admission is +2 or equivalent level from any recognized board or institution with at least C+ grade or a minimum 2.01 GPA. Admission is based on the CEAT entrance examination and merit basis, and the entrance areas include ICT, Mathematics, English and General Knowledge. Since there are only 36 seats available, interested students should prepare early and secure their admission on time.
